Each Yaqoutia piece is prepared and quality-checked individually for you. Given the exclusive, limited nature of our collections, all sales are final.

Final Sale

We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, including on customized pieces. The one exception is a genuine manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery at [email address] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Where a defect is confirmed, we will offer a repair or another fair resolution.

Damage in Transit

If your piece arrives visibly damaged, please keep all original packaging and notify us within [48 hours] of delivery so we can assist with a claim.

Sizing

Please consult our size guide, or reach out to us, before placing your order. We're unable to offer an exchange or refund for a size chosen at checkout.
